Vote now for the candidates in the Ashland Times-Gazette Athlete of the Week poll.

The performances in the poll are from May 20-25. The poll will run from 10 a.m. Monday to 10 a.m. Wednesday. Winners will be announced at the end of the week.

South Central's Aaron Hauler threw a three-hit shutout against Seneca East to help lead the Trojans to a Division IV district title.

Hauler pitched a three-hit shutout to help lead the Trojans to a 1-0 victory against Seneca East last Friday in the Division IV district final. Hauler earned the win, while pitching the entire seven innings on four strikeouts and three walks.

Kollin Cline, Mapleton baseball

Mapleton second baseman Kollin Cline had a game-high four RBIs in the Mounties loss to Hillsdale.

Even in a 9-6 loss, Kline was still pretty good against Hillsdale in last Tuesday's Division IV district semifinal game. The Mapleton second baseman went 4 for 4, scored two runs and drove in a game-high four runs for the Mounties.

Brock Bower, Hillsdale baseball

Hillsdale's Brock Bower had a game-high four RBIs against St. John.

In Hillsdale 16-1 Division IV district title win over Ashtabula St. John last Thursday, Bower had a game-high four RBIs, on three hits and scored three runs for the Falcons.
