After another fun week of the high school wrestling season, it's time to look back on the best performances.

Ryan Langenmayr
Lakeland junior
Langenmayr won his third straight Passaic County title on Saturday and lifted Lakeland to a share of the team championship for the first time in program history. The 138-pounder made quick work with three pins in 4:51.
Frankie Martino
Passaic Valley senior
Martino pushed the Hornets to a share of their first county title since 2007 with a title run at 190. After pinning his first two opponents, Martino capped it off with a 16-1 technical fall over returning champ Nick Doktor of Clifton.
Colin Menier
West Milford senior
Menier was chosen as the Passaic County MOW on Saturday after pinning top seed Sowzrawca Tsay of Wayne Hills in the final at 132. The win came in 4:39 and put Menier at 20-0.
Joey Monticello
Don Bosco freshman
Monticello captured his first Bergen County title on Sunday as the five-seed at 150 pounds. The East Hanover native picked up an escape in the second period and rode out Leonia/Palisades Park's August Hibler in the third for a 1-0 finals victory.
Christian Murcia
Pompton Lakes freshman
The Cardinals' 144-pounder put on a show Saturday as the fourth seed at his weight class. Murcia pinned West Milford state medalist Benjamin Marchetto in the semifinals, then decked Wayne Valley's Adam Suzay in a 4:39 final.
James Sloan
St. Joseph junior
Sloan helped the Green Knights repeat as Bergen County champions and set a tournament record with nine individual winners. At 144 pounds, Sloan pinned all five of his opponents on the way to gold.
Omar Tarecky
Passaic Tech senior
Tarecky clinched his second straight Passaic County title at 157 after coming out on top in a battle of returning champions. He earned his third pin in three matches after beating Lakeland's Sean Walker in 3:58.
Oumar Tounkara
Teaneck junior
The 106-pounder became Teaneck's first county champion in 19 years by defeating Charlie Esposito (St. Joseph), 10-5, in the finals at Garfield Middle School. The lone public-school champion at the tournament, Tounkara was named the Outstanding Wrestler for the lowerweights.
Xavier Williams
Paramus Catholic junior
The 215-pounder took home his first Bergen County title after pinning Northern Highlands' unbeaten star Ethan Mendel in 2:51. It was his third straight medal after placing third as a freshman and second a year ago.
