VOTE for the North Jersey Lacrosse Player of the Week for April 22-28

After another exciting week of the high school lacrosse season, it's time to look back on the best performances.

Read about the players who stood out last week and let us know who you think should be the North Jersey Player of the Week in the poll at the bottom of this page.

Mary Grace Craffey

Emerson/Park Ridge senior

Craffey put up huge numbers last week with 12 goals, 11 assists and 11 draw controls on the attack. That helped the Cavos secure a winning record and sweep all three opponents.

Ryan Doyle

Glen Rock senior

Doyle was in the middle of a three-win week for the Panthers, registering 13 goals and 11 assists. She hit a personal milestone along the way by picking up her 300th career draw control.

Allyson Sheldon

Old Tappan senior

Sheldon came up clutch for the Golden Knights in road wins over Indian Hills and Wayne Valley. She tallied 11 goals, one assist and 10 ground balls for a much-improved team.

Fiona Waller

Rutherford junior

The Bulldogs maintained their spot in first place last week with wins over Tenafly and Holy Angels. Waller made her presence felt with six goals, three assists and five ground balls in the midfield.

Matt Branco

Lyndhurst junior

The Golden Bears have taken a step forward in Year 2 with Branco scoring at an impressive clip. He had 12 goals, three assists and nine ground balls last week when his team beat both opponents.

Will Corry

Glen Rock junior

Corry was the overtime hero on Saturday when the Panthers knocked off Pascack Valley on the road in a battle for first place. He totaled eight goals and three assists last week over three games.

Damian Kribs

Passaic Valley senior

The Hornets' attacker has been a consistent scoring threat all year with at least two goals in every game. He continued his hot streak last week with eight goals and seven assists to lift Passaic Valley to another two wins.

Matthew Roughgarden

Ridgewood senior

The Stony Brook commit pitched a 13-save shutout on Saturday in a Gibbs Division win over Ramapo. He made 12 saves on 19 shots in the Maroons' victory over Mountain Lakes earlier in the week.

Cody Webster

DePaul sophomore

The Spartans' midfielder checked all the boxes last week with 12 goals and 14 assists in a pair of victories. Now the North Jersey leader in points, Webster added 17 ground balls and won 59 percent of his draws.
