Voting is underway for The Courier Journal's girls athlete of the week. The poll closes at 6 p.m. Thursday, and the winner will be announced Friday.

Tia Ice, Assumption, softball
Rockets junior Tia Ice had seven hits, including a home run, and seven RBIs in games against Meade County, Mercy and South Warren.
Kylie McRoberts, Whitefield Academy, softball
Whitefield Academy sophomore Kylie McRoberts picked up two wins and struck out 16 batters against Portland Christian and Jeffersontown.
Sophie Sheehan, Ballard, lacrosse
Ballard sophomore Sophie Sheehan had eight goals and one assist in games against Collins and North Oldham.
Allie Streble, Mercy, softball
Mercy freshman Allie Streble had eight hits, including a home run, three RBIs and a walk in games against North Bullitt, Assumption and Bullitt East.
Hailey Voss, Sacred Heart, lacrosse
Senior Hailey Voss had five goals and one assist to help Sacred Heart pick up wins over Mercy and Mariemont (Cincinnati).
