Despite a rainy week, several Louisville-area boys athletes posted solid performances.
Voting is underway for The Courier Journal's boys athlete of the week. The poll closes at 6 p.m. Thursday, and the winner will be announced Friday.

Ballard junior Cooper Risinger had five goals and two assists to help the Bruins defeat Covington Catholic.
