Vote for the Holland Sentinel high school athlete of the week

The Holland area saw several top performances this week from high school athletes.

Vote on the top performance. The poll will be open until noon Thursday.

Winners will be highlighted at the end of the season.

Emma Drnek, Zeeland East track. Won the OK Green Conference title in the 800 meters, 1,600 meters, 3,200 meters and was part of the 4x800 winning relay at the conference finals.

Avari Peddie, Zeeland West track. Won the 200 meters at the OK Green Conference finals and was part of winning 4x400 relay.

Madalyn Daniels, Holland track. Won the 100 meters at the OK Green Conference finals and was second in the 200.

Garrett Weeden, Zeeland East track. Swept the shot put and discus at the OK Green Conference finals, including a personal best 168-10 in the discus.

Keaton Hendricks, Zeeland West track. Won the 300 hurdles, was second in the 110 hurdles and part of two winning relays at the OK Green finals.

Emily Haskill, Zeeland West tennis. Won the OK Green title at No. 1 singles.

Taya Schanski, Zeeland East tennis. Won the No. 3 singles title at the OK Green finals.

Amaya Hallacy and Claudia Kurniwan, Holland tennis. Won the OK Green Conference title at No. 2 doubles.

Isa Van Klompenberg and Izzy Delcalzo, Holland Christian tennis. Won the OK Blue title at No. 3 doubles.

Danielle Wedeven and Drew VanHouten, Hamilton tennis. Won the OK Blue title at No. 2 doubles.

Megan Blake, West Ottawa tennis. Won a three-set dual against Rockford to clinch a share of the OK Red for the Panthers, then won the conference tournament at No. 1 singles.

Ben Boehm, Hamilton track. Won the 100 and 200 meters to lead Hamilton to the OK Blue title.

Aliyah Springer, Hamilton track. Won the shot put and discus at the OK Blue finals.

Will Engbers, Holland Christian track. Won the 3,200 meters at the OK Blue track finals.

Chloe Chesser, Holland Christian track. Won the long jump, took second in the 100 and third in the 200 at the OK Blue finals.

Helen Sachs, West Ottawa track. Won the 1,600 and 3,200 at the OK Red finals.

Desmond Chapa, West Ottawa track. Won the 100 and 200 meters at the OK Red finals.

Novella DeGraaf, Brook Simpson, Mazie Robison and Vivian Vallarsa, Saugatuck track. Broke the school record in the 4x100 relay at the Gobles Little Guy Invite.

Jake VanderHenst, Black River track. Won the 200 meters and was third in the 100 at the Gobles Little Guy Invite.
