Who should be the Clarksville-area boys high school athlete of the week for Feb. 12-18? Here's your chance to vote.

Fans can vote once per hour. The poll will close at noon on Thursday.

Previous winners for the winter sports season are Rossview's Jacob Edwards, Clarksville Academy's Cam Phillips (twice), Houston County's Casen Clark (twice), Houston County's Mac Baggett, West Creek's Jamie Dexter, Stewart County's Hayden Wallace, Kirkwood's Prophet Basden and Northeast's Jayden Young.

This week's candidates are listed below.

Mac Baggett, basketball, Houston County: Led the Irish with 18 points, grabbing three rebounds and hitting three 3-pointers, in a 66-31 win over Big Sandy in the District 12-1A semifinals on Feb. 13.

Jakoby Cox, basketball, Kenwood: Scored 13 points and reeled in seven rebounds in a 61-58 win over Dickson County in the District 14-4A semifinals on Feb. 16.

Bryce Garnett, basketball, Kirkwood: Scored 28 points, a career high, and hit six 3-pointers in a 70-54 win over Springfield on Feb. 16 in the District 13-4A semifinals.

Max Landrum, wrestling, Rossview: Won the Section 4-AA individual championship at 144 pounds on Feb. 17 to qualify for next week's TSSAA state tournament. Defeated Houston County's Jacob Geiser in the final.

Reese Levendusky, wrestling, Montgomery Central: Won the Section 4-A individual championship at 144 pounds on Feb. 17 to advance to the state tournament. Beat James Lawson's Luke Khantavong in the final.

Jacquez Scott, basketball, Northwest: Totaled 23 points, seven rebounds, eight assists and three steals in a 64-61 double-overtime win at Henry County in the District 14-4A elimination game on Feb. 13.

Lashaad Smiley, basketball, Fort Campbell: Scored 19 points and pulled down nine rebounds on Feb. 15 in a 78-61 win at Community Christian.

Jesiah Sutton, basketball, Clarksville Christian: Totaled 20 points, 11 rebounds, two blocks and hit five 3-pointers in a 77-50 loss at Franklin Christian Academy on Feb. 13 in the TSIAA DI state quarterfinals.

Standford Thompson, wrestling, West Creek: Won the Section 4-AA individual title at 175 pounds, avenging his regional final defeat to Henry Williams of Northwest by beating him in the championship match. Qualified for next week's state tournament.

Kirk Weatherford, basketball, Clarksville: Scored a game-high 20 points in a 71-31 win over Northeast in the District 13-4A elimination game on Feb. 13.
