Appleton Area School District: Is looking for adult volunteers to supervise AP exams. As an assistant to the main facilitator, your role will be to supervise the room and pass out necessary materials. You will monitor the room. Community Clothes Closet: Seeks volunteer drivers to collect donations weekly from Oshkosh Gunderson Cleaners. Use agency van, start at CCC, pick up donations, return to unload, and refill gas. Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin: Is looking for warehouse food sorters. Volunteers package, label, sort, or clean weekdays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 1 to 3:30 p.m. Groups can serve one Saturday morning per month, first come, first served. Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity and ReStore: Is seeking cashiers to join their volunteer team. Provide excellent customer service, enforce policies, handle transactions, and operate a POS system. Training provided. Commit to one shift every other week. Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs: Seeks on-call SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) volunteers. Accompany victims to hospitals/police stations, guide them through evidence collection and legal process, and provide compassionate understanding and emotional support. Volunteers are asked for a 6 month commitment due to extensive training. Junior Achievement of Wisconsin: Is seeking volunteers for their JA Finance Park to aid seventh to 12th grade students in budgeting. Volunteers will lead discussions, sharing personal experiences with small groups. Students simulate life scenarios, manage expenses, and create budgets based on income and credit rating. Make the Ride Happen: Is looking for volunteers to provide transportation to older adults during the week so they can get to essential services, such as the grocery store, pharmacy, dentist and medical appointments. Outagamie County Nutrition Program: Is offering home-delivered, dine-in and carry-out meal options and is seeking volunteers to serve meals, especially from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays in Kaukauna. Meals will be served Monday through Friday at all sites (Hortonville, Seymour, Kaukauna, and Oneida Heights). Riverview Gardens: Seeks Hoop House Helpers to plant, harvest and implement organic pest management. Flexible hours between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays.
