Even when Blake Shelton isn't busy pulling off new antics on The Voice season 23, he still manages to get himself into trouble.

The NBC coach is currently in the middle of his Back to the Honky Tonk tour, where he brought along singers Carly Pearce and Jackson Dean to open for him. But during a recent rehearsal for one of his concerts, he shared with his fans a mishap he accidentally got into while hanging out backstage.

According to the country superstar, he pass the time by toying with what he thought was a game console before realizing that it was actually the electronic device that controlled lighting onstage. What's more, his error transpired during Carly's performance and caused a few issues to occur. "I thought these were video games, and I was playing with them last night before my show," he said in a video posted to TikTok.

The country star continued: "Then I realized Carly Pearce was on stage and I was completely screwing up her show because these are the spotlights ... I thought this was like one of those motorcycle video games!"

To further emphasize the mistake, Blake hesitantly tried to replicate the incident without it happening all over again. "As you can see, I probably already broke something," he added.

Because Blake is prone to attracting attention with his questionable TikToks, it didn't surprise The Voice fans to see him back at it again. They also chose to comment about his slight lapse in judgement as well.

"😂😂😂 This is why we love Blake 🤣," one person wrote on TikTok. "Omg! He is hilarious … that’s why we love him! Glad [you're] doing good!" a different user responded. "😂😂😂 Omg who left Blake unsupervised.. where @gwenstefani lol 😂 come get Blakely 😂," another asked.

Luckily, Blake's M.O. for playing games behind the scenes didn't phase Carly. She's still one of his opening acts, and she continues posting moments from the road on her Instagram and TikTok.

With this amount of luck, maybe we'll see him pull similar strings during a live show on The Voice ...
