She says the secret to maintaining her youthful radiance is taking care of herself and having fun! "I don't want to look 25 again. The fountain of youth for me…is exercise, a healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, and lots of sex — it's healthy, it's natural, it's what we are here to do!" Whether on Broadway or the big screen, Catherine Zeta-Jones is hot! She's not shy about shedding her clothes for a photo shoot (she looked stunning in Allure's May issue) or sharing her beauty secrets — which range from conditioning her hair with beer and rubbing honey and salt on her skin to fight wrinkles. But if you're looking for a tip that won't leave you smelling like a dive bar or attracting hungry animals, Zeta-Jones recently told InStyle she maintains her beautiful brows with the help of her Tweezerman Slant Tweezers.

Jennifer Nettles, the lead vocalist for the Grammy award winning duo, Sugarland, is known in country music for her killer voice, and great style to match! But how does she keep glowing through all those days on the road? Yoga!
"Yoga is life. Plain and simple," Nettles says. "The lessons learned on the mat are applicable metaphors for navigating life in general. I have become much more comfortable in my body since starting yoga. It makes me feel strong of body and heart."

Perhaps Nettles has been practicing her archer pose, which is designed to build confidence and self-esteem.
These days, Nettles brings her own yoga instructor on the road with her, but when she was first starting out, she says she spent months following DVDs. She adds that it's a great way to determine what type of yoga suits your style. "Then, go for it and get to a studio or class as well. Nothing beats having a good teacher to help guide you, support you in your goals, and keep you free from injury," she says.

It's a sure bet that Cheryl Burke gets her beautiful glow from being in constant motion. During a single season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, she admits to working up to 8 hours a day, 7 days a week for a period of about 4 months. The two-time DWTS champion also works up a sweat teaching at her dance studios on the West Coast. And she gets even more cardio with Jazzercise — which, she points out, is great because not only do the routines burn lots of calories, they also don't require a partner.

To keep her perspiration under control while she's dancing and working out, she uses The Body Shop's mineral-based DeoDry Dry-Effect Deodorant, which is made with essential oils and without aluminum and parabens (it also doesn't leave behind telltale white marks). "It's great to find a product that doesn't stain your clothes and keeps you dry," says Burke.

Her other beauty secrets? Burke contours her big brown eyes by using a thin brush to concentrate eye shadow (she uses MAC) in the crease of her eyelids. This trick, she says, "really opens up your eyes." Since she's a frequent flyer, Burke is a moisturizer fanatic (Neutrogena is her go-to brand). To keep her lips hydrated, she applies lip gloss or ChapStick. For an instant sunless tan that doesn't stain clothes, she uses Fake Bake self-tanner. When she needs a sweets fix that helps her detoxify from the inside out, she reaches for a handful of goji berries. And Burke's ultimate get-glowing tip? Sleep!

There's always been something about Claire Danes — that statuesque figure, an unassuming natural beauty, and, of course, her incredible talent. (Come on, who couldn't relate to her realistic portrayal of teen angst as Angela Chase on the cult classic My So-Called Life?)

These days, you might say her glow radiates from her eyes or, rather, her gorgeous long eyelashes. And those come courtesy of Latisse, the prescription lash-enhancement treatment. I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Danes — the new spokesperson for Latisse — to discuss her experience with the product.

"Latisse has worked extraordinarily well for me," says Danes. "One friend I recently met up with thought I was wearing false lashes!" The actress explains that it takes 16 weeks for you to achieve the daily treatment's full effects. The actress had her treatment period documented to reveal her month-by-month results. She says she noticed her lashes first grew longer, then fuller, and then darker. "I was amazed by the before-and-after photos," says Danes.
Danes says she considers her everyday makeup look to be relatively low maintenance. "I clean, tone, and moisturize my face, and prefer tinted moisturizer as foundation," she says. So, for her, the best part about Latisse is that it simplifies her beauty regimen. Having dramatic eyelashes means she can wear less makeup. And that is something her hubby (actor Hugh Dancy), who she admits has an aversion to makeup that looks "done", can appreciate.

Be sure to check out the actress (and those lashes) on her new hit TV show, Homeland, where she portrays a CIA agent.

Actress Jessica Lowndes is best known for her role as Adrianna Tate-Duncan on The CW's 90210, now in its fourth season. Her gorgeous green eyes and flawless skin are certainly the envy of West Bev, but how does she keep glowing, even while filming all those girl fights and boy drama? Lowndes says she washes her face daily with a Clarisonic brush and Kate Somerville Detox Daily Cleanser.

And for daytime makeup, the fair-skinned beauty says she is a fan of products containing SPF, like Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. "For my daily makeup routine I use a tinted moisturizer with SPF, a rosy cheek color, mascara, a smudge of eyeliner, and yummy scented, tinted lip glosses," says Lowndes. And she certainly does love her lip glosses! She says her favorites include Chanel, because "I love the variety of colors and the consistency is great," and Victoria's Secret for their "amazing flavors."

We can't wait to catch new episodes 90210! Oh, if only all high schools were as exciting as West Bev!

If you've ever seen one of Emma Stone's movie roles, it's instantly obvious why she stands out. She's hilarious, with a killer deadpan delivery and a knack for simultaneously being sarcastic and self-effacing (check out Easy A).
Now, she's about to conquer the action-hero movie genre with a role in one of this summer's most-anticipated blockbusters, The Amazing Spider-Man. Stone stars as Gwen Stacy, alongside her real-life beau, Andrew Garfield. Stone, known for her signature red hair, returned to her natural color, blonde, for the role, and is currently still rocking the hue.

At the recent Los Angeles premiere, Stone looked radiant wearing classic black winged liner and her blonde hair pulled back. "I wanted Emma's makeup to be effortless and elegant," says Chanel celebrity makeup artist Rachel Goodwin. To highlight Stone's complexion, Goodwin used Blanc de Chanel Sheer Illuminating Base, Revlon's PhotoReady Airbrush Mousse Makeup in Vanilla, Chanel's "Lumiere D'Artifices Beiges" Exclusive Creation Illuminating Powder with Shimmer, and Revlon Cream Blush in Berry Flirtatious.

To create the sophisticated winged liner that Stone sported on the red carpet, Goodwin used Revlon's ColorStay Crème Gel Eyeliner in Black and Chanel Illusion D'Ombre in Fantasme. Goodwin pumped up Stone's lashes with Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara and shaped her brows with Chanel Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil in Brun Natural.

"I created contrast by blending a shimmering white cream shadow across her entire lid then adding black liquid liner, lots of individual lashes, and black mascara," says Goodwin. "It was important that it feel playful and easy and didn't overpower her, like makeup she might have done on herself but a little more refined." Goodwin kept Stone's lips low-key by using Revlon's ColorBurst Lipgloss in Crystal Lilac.

Odette Yustman was a breakout star in 2010 with a hilarious role in You Again and a part in the ABC series Brothers & Sisters (she played the love interest of her real-life husband, Dave Annable!). This year, she's snagged a role on the new season of House. Odette has proved she's a versatile actress who can take on both comedic and dramatic parts with ease. Not only is she talented, she's also hypnotic on-screen, thanks to her long, luscious locks and flawless, golden skin.

Celebrity hair stylist Christian Marc recently styled Odette's brunette hair for a photo shoot with Genlux Magazine, creating high-impact waves. The actress came to the set with wet hair, so Marc did a quick blow-dry, misted her hair with light-hold hairspray, and created tight curls with a 1/2-inch curling iron.

After curling Yustman's hair, Marc had her turn her head upside down while he sprayed her hair with René Furterer Naturia Dry Shampoo. He then brushed the shampoo through her hair from the roots to the ends. "I wanted to create a huge amount of volume, something a little funky," Marc says. He finished the look by spraying Yustman's hair with light-hold hairspray. "The combination of spray and dry shampoo makes a lot of difference — it adds more volume," he says.

Supermodel, designer, TV host, mom — Camila Alves does it all! Born and raised in Brazil (there has to be something in the water there!), Alves made her way to the Big Apple at 19 to pursue a modeling career. In 2005, she and her fashion-designer mother started their own handbag collection, MUXO, actually handcrafting each piece themselves. Most recently, the mother of two (dad, of course, is Matthew McConaughey, whom she recently got engaged to) partnered with Lucky Brand to launch a line of diaper bags. And she hosts the hairstyling competition show Shear Genius on Bravo.

Despite her busy schedule, Alves always looks radiant. To keep her curly hair under control, she swears by Moroccanoil products. She also makes her own avocado hair mask. "All you have to do is apply the mashed avocado to your hair, cover with a shower cap (or you can go old-school and use a plastic shopping bag as a cap, which works too!), and leave the mask in for 30 to 40 minutes," she says. However, if your hair is on the thin side, she cautions, this beauty trick might make your hair too oily.

As for her skin-care routine, Alves likes to keep it simple. "If I use too much product, I start to break out," she says. She knows good skin starts from within. "The truth about skin care… is that you have to make sure you are eating healthy foods — it makes such a big difference for your skin!"

To stay in shape, Alves tries to break a sweat every day. "I was doing the Tracy Anderson Method, and now I am working with trainer Gunnar Peterson, who I love!" says Alves.
The model-designer's favorite fragrance is Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb. But the real secret to her daily glow? Happiness, she says.

With flaxen hair, deep blue eyes, and porcelain skin, Gretchen Mol is the embodiment of classic beauty. And she's captivated viewers in the first two seasons of HBO's Boardwalk Empire, set in 1920s Atlantic City.
The actress sported a glamorous, curly, old-Hollywood hairstyle at the red carpet premiere for her hit show. "I wanted to keep her hair as shiny as possible," says celebrity stylist Joshua-Myles Ristaino, who created Mol's elegant look.

Ristaino first saturated Mol's hair with René Furterer Okara 2 Leave-In Protective Conditioner. He then divided her hair into three sections — ear to ear in the back and two sections in the front, separated by her part. After this, he worked in René Furterer Vegetal Mousse throughout her hair, concentrating on the roots, for volume and hold.

As Ristaino dried her hair, he lifted sections of her hair straight up with a 3/4-inch ceramic round boar-bristle brush. He rolled each section to her scalp, let set a few seconds, and uncoiled the hair from the brush to create spirals. "When I style hair, I prefer to [start with it] completely wet [and then get it] completely dry because it creates less frizz," he explains. After blow-drying, Ristaino used a 1-inch ceramic curling iron on a few pieces of her hair. Before Mol stepped onto the red carpet, he tousled her hair and sprayed it with René Furterer Vegetal Finishing Spray. "I tried to use as little spray as possible," he says. "I wanted it to look effortless."

Sports Illustrated cover model Brooklyn Decker — who made her big-screen debut in Just Go With It — is a girl on the go with a passion for sports and fitness. Staying active may be among the secrets behind her radiant glow — aside from great genes and being married to tennis star Andy Roddick!

"I've always been active throughout my life, so working out makes me feel good and look fit," says Decker.
And she doesn't let a busy schedule get in the way. "When I'm traveling, I love going for a jog — it lets me sightsee and get a boost of energy. If the weather isn't cooperating, I'll pop in my Elle Make Better Series workout DVD and do some yoga or cardio!" Decker says.

As for her beauty routine, Decker likes to keep it simple. "Make sure to have your beauty basics: lip balm, mascara, and Q-tips," she says.

Australian guitarist Orianthi, known for her hit single According to You, was born to make music. The talented young artist started playing piano at age 3 and grew up idolizing rock stars like Stevie Ray Vaughan and the members of Aerosmith. Michael Jackson handpicked the guitar heroine to perform in what would have been his 2010 London tour.

Orianthi is already helping other aspiring musicians achieve similar success. She has partnered with Tone Body Wash to create a Facebook community of female performers and fans who can offer one another advice and support. The goal, says Orianthi, is "to inspire a lot more female artists."

As for the secret behind this blonde beauty's glow? Her love of music and entertaining no doubt play a role. Confidence is also key. "Feeling good about yourself is so important," says Orianthi. In addition, this rising star strives to live a healthy lifestyle. "I do yoga when I can," she says. Exercising for 30 minutes a day and sticking to a healthy eating plan (she follows a gluten-free diet and avoids red meat) also help keep her fit.
Orianthi usually favors a glam-rock look — for instance, she'll wear black or pink streaks in her hair — but she's happy to be nearly makeup free, as she was in the video for her latest single, Courage. "I like my look to match my song," she says. Her current beauty obsessions are hair oils and leave-in conditioners to keep her tresses frizz free, Tone's Tahitian Vanilla & Orchid body wash, black mascara, and lip gloss — the sparklier, the better!

Alyson Hannigan became a breakout star in the late '90s thanks to her role as Willow on the teen megahit series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Now she's showing off her comedic ability in How I Met Your Mother (currently in its seventh season on CBS) as Lily, where she more than holds her own against her hilarious on-screen husband, Jason Segel. Jennifer Turchi, key makeup artist for How I Met Your Mother, reveals how she keeps Hannigan's skin glowing and fresh on — and off — camera.

Before Hannigan gets her hair styled, Turchi preps the freckle-faced beauty's skin with Rose Hips Oil by Herbal Science so it has time to be absorbed. "It moisturizes and gives the skin a beautiful glow through the makeup," she says. "Contrary to what you might think, once it's absorbed, it's not oily." For the cameras, Turchi likes to match Alyson's makeup exactly to her skin tone. To achieve this, she uses Make-Up Forever HD Invisible Cover Foundation in 115. For a color boost, Turchi sweeps Benefit's Georgia Peach blush under Alyson's eyes because "it has a bit of sheen and catches the light beautifully."

To enhance Hannigan's fair skin, Turchi uses a variety of products, including T. LeClerc Pressed Powder in Ivoire, MAC Blushcreme in Posey, MAC Fluidline Eyeliner Gel in Dipdown, Chantecaille Lasting Eye Shades in Ginger, Tea Rose, and Patchouli, CoverGirl LashBlast Mascara, and DuWop color-adjusting lipstick in Private Nude. And when she's not on set, Hannigan uses Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 in Nude for a natural look, Turchi says.

Turchi embraces Hannigan's naturally fair skin and tries not to overbronze the fair-skinned beauty. "Instead of using a typical bronzer, I use a medium tone powder that is not too orange, not too pink," she says. Her particular favorite is T. LeClerc Pressed Powder in Ambre.

Over the years, Natalie Portman hasn't been afraid to take risks when it comes to her career — or her hair. In 2005, she shaved off her curls for a starring role in V for Vendetta. Now the petite actress is once again sporting a longer mane. She showed off her shiny locks (and a gorgeous Dior gown) at the New York premiere of Black Swan, in which she plays a psychologically tormented ballerina. Portman won the Oscar for Best Actress for her work.

Although celebrity stylist John D. thought about putting Portman's hair into an updo, he ultimately felt her glamorous dress deserved a more dramatic hair style to go along with it. So, he created voluminous waves using Moroccanoil products. He first prepped her damp hair with Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream to moisturize, smooth, and tame her natural curls, which he says can easily become too dry, given how often she has it styled for red-carpet events. Next, he used a round brush to create volume at the roots as he dried the brunette beauty's hair. Then, starting at the back of her head, John D. used a one-inch iron to curl sections all over her head.

To create even more oomph, John D. sprayed a paddle brush with hairspray, combing it through Portman's hair to separate and loosen the curls after they cooled. After spraying her hair once more, he completed the look with Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine Spray.

On Gossip Girl, Katie Cassidy plays Juliet Sharp, a devious drama queen who may have a few secrets to hide. But the real Katie Cassidy believes in a drama-free beauty routine — and she's more than happy to dish all the details of her beauty secrets to Daily Glow.

After all the hours spent on set (she's also starred in Melrose Place and had roles in When a Stranger Calls, Nightmare on Elm Street, and Black Christmas), Cassidy says she's learned that "less is always more when it comes to makeup." And she also says she counts on makeup artist Spencer Barnes's magic to help her create her fresh-faced look.
For those of us who don't have an on-set makeup artist, Cassidy says she won't walk out of the house without applying Nars Body Glow, known for the sexy, tawny sheen this moisturizing oil leaves behind. To add radiance to her California-girl complexion, Cassidy wears Giorgio Armani foundation and YSL's Touche Éclat highlighter. For a bit of color, Cassidy says, "I am a big fan of Nars lipstick — my favorite is a dusty mauve gloss called Female Trouble."

When Cassidy wants to feel confident for a night out, she opts for a low-maintenance hairstyle. "I want to make sure I'm not constantly fussing with my hair," she says. She often slicks her hair back in a sophisticated ponytail. "I swear by Lea Journo Revive French Plum Oil because it gives my hair beautiful shine and it smells great," says Cassidy. To dress up the look, she adds a metallic headband or a pair of sparkling earrings.
Cassidy says she considers her smile her best accessory, which explains why she relies on Crest Whitestrips (she's a fan of 3D White Professional Effects) to keep her grin ready for the red carpet. "I attend so many red carpet events, so it's important my smile is bright and beams with confidence."

Part of what gives Cassidy a glow (in our eyes anyway) is her charity work. She is currently a spokesperson for H.E.L.P. Malawi, an organization that provides health and education programs to the children of Malawi.

Suzanne Somers has managed to join the ranks of a small group of Hollywood celebrities — we'll call it the Dick Clark Club — who appear ageless and maintain a youthful glow that makes their birthdates look like a typo. Somers's New York Times best seller, Sexy Forever, offers a peek into the health and beauty practices that have preserved her radiant appearance.

At the age of 64, Somers maintains her svelte physique and flawless complexion the old-fashioned way — exercising daily, using toxin-free skin-care products, and a maintaining a nutritious diet of organic produce, naturally raised meat, and whole grains. In short, the blonde bombshell believes in simplifying her health, diet, and beauty practices.

While Somers's lifestyle might seem like a challenging one, she feels that the rewards are well worth the effort she's invested. "My life is not about deprivation," she says. "I enjoy delicious meals with healthy fats, I eat until I am full and satisfied, and I remain thin. I enjoy a robust sex life and I sleep eight hours nightly."

Speaking of her sex life, you can't discount the impact that Somers's marriage of 41 years — to business partner Alan Hamel — has on her healthy glow. Whatever Somers is doing, the results are written all over her face.

Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to the spotlight. The singer, dancer, actress, and mom has released countless catchy pop tunes like "Jenny From the Block," starred in blockbuster romantic comedies like The Wedding Planner, and has had her fair share of gossip-worthy romances (who can forget Bennifer?). As one of the new judges on American Idol and global brand ambassador for L'Oreal Paris, Lopez is back in the spotlight full-time — and she looks better than ever.

"Jennifer is known for having gorgeous skin," says makeup artist Mary Philips, who is working with Lopez on American Idol. "She loves neutral browns and bronze colors and earthy tones," Philips says.
At the 2011 Golden Globes, the superstar played with hints of color, pairing minty green eye shadow and peach lips with a glamorous white gown by Zuhair Murad. "We wanted to create something beautiful but simple," says Philips, who is also responsible for Lopez's red-carpet makeup. "The dress had a lot of sparkle, and we wanted that to shine."

Philips applied L'Oreal Paris Studio Secrets Anti-Dull Skin Professional Color Correcting Primer followed by L'Oreal Paris Studio Secrets Professional Magic Smooth Soufflé foundation in Tan. While the foundation was still fresh, Philips added a wash of color to Lopez's cheeks with L'Oreal True Match Super-Blendable Blush in Precious Peach.

Philips complemented Lopez's radiant, golden complexion by using L'Oreal Studio Secrets Professional Eye Shadow Single in Spring Leaf, a minty green. "When people have a tan, mint makes them look tanner," says Philips. She applied this color from lash to crease, then used Pure Silver, a charcoal gray shade in the crease, and finished with Frosted Icing, a shimmery white, in the corners of Lopez's eyes and under her brows.
To accentuate J Lo's brown eyes, Philips traced L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Waterproof Precision Liquid Eyeliner along her lash line, extending the line just a little bit past her lashes. Three coats of L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes in Blackest Black was the finishing touch to Lopez's eye makeup.

Philips lined Lopez's lips with L'Oreal Crayon Petite Automatic Lip Liner in Nude and filled in her lips with L'Oreal Paris Infallible Le Rouge in Perpetual Peach. Philips described Lopez's look as very light, saying, "With this look, you can emphasize all of the characteristics without overplaying them."

Daisy Fuentes is a true Renaissance woman. Her résumé includes modeling, acting, TV host, fashion designer, and author. Plus, she manages to look amazing no matter what role she's taking on. The Cuban-born beauty's career started heating up when she landed a gig as a VJ on MTV in the '90s. She then went on to host America's Funniest Home Videos and even had a role in Baywatch. Most recently, Fuentes has taken on a few more behind-the-scenes roles, including writing Unforgettable You, her guide to becoming the best and most unforgettable version of yourself. She has also designed a line of clothing, accessories, and fragrances for Kohl's.
Her latest venture? A new fragrance, Mysterio, which launched this February and is sold exclusively at Kohl's. The perfume contains notes of plumeria, freesia, jasmine petals, lily, white orchid, violet, sandalwood, and a blend of musks.
Here Fuentes talks with Daily Glow about creating her new perfume and the secrets to her unforgettable glow.
"[The] inspiration for Mysterio came from my book Unforgettable You," says Fuentes. "I thought about everything that makes a woman unforgettable for the right reasons. I wanted a confident, sexy, feminine scent that would inspire love, and I knew I wanted to start with musk."

The Latina lovely says she uses a strategy when applying fragrance to get the most impact. "I always spray some all over after my shower before I start getting ready, then I layer a bit more after I get dressed," says Fuentes. I always give it a little time to dry down. It's important to spray [a] little at a time — you can always add a bit more, but if you overdo it, you're stuck with it until you wash (or shower) it off."
Fuentes may have jobs that require logging hours in a bikini, but she knows sun protection is crucial. "I did a lot of damage in my teens and twenties that didn't show up until my thirties. Now I don't leave the house without SPF on," she says. "I used Neutrogena 30 for face and I also love Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Moisturizing Gel Oil SPF 15 for the body, even when I'm not going to be in the sun — it makes your skin so soft and gives a great glow."

In addition to using SPF, Fuentes loves La Mer The Refining Facial Scrub, Bobbi Brown Sunless Tanning Gel, and bareMinerals Faux Tan All-Over Face Color, which she says "gives a great glow with nice light coverage."
When it comes to feeling sexy and confident, Fuentes believes a little pampering goes a long way. "A pretty mani/pedi, a bubble bath, big sexy hair, eyelashes...taking care of yourself will always help you feel great. A good workout followed by a massage or facial always does the trick for me."

With catchy tunes like "Teenage Dream" and "Firework" constantly on the radio, it's safe to say Katy Perry is America's pop princess. Perry is not only known for her music, though — she's got a bold fashion sense and isn't afraid to take risks when it comes to her clothing choices (just check out the wings she wore to the Grammys!) or her makeup.

"Katy doesn't mind looking like she's wearing makeup," says makeup artist Jake Bailey, who works with Perry. But since the pop superstar spends so much time on stage, it's important that her makeup stays in place and doesn't melt. Bailey says he likes using cream makeup on Perry because it lasts longer and creases less than powder makeup. "I try to make the makeup as durable as possible," he says.
Bailey uses Makeup Forever Aqua Creams to accentuate Perry's gorgeous eyes. "The waterproof formula looks fresh so much longer," he says. Bailey frequently uses the shades Fresh Pink (#6), Fuchsia (#7), and Coral (#9) on Perry. He also uses Ardell DuraLash Naturals — faux lashes that take about 15 to 20 minutes to apply — because they create "really lush lashes," he says. He layers short, medium, and long lashes for a full look and says that often he doesn't even need to use mascara.

When it comes to Perry's lips, Bailey likes using Cover Girl Outlast Lip Stain because it doesn't come off on the microphone when she's performing. "They have so much pigment you can get a really classic red lip without feeling like you're wearing lipstick," he says. "The shades are beautiful [and] they don't have a waxy feeling." He also likes using Cover Girl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Flame and Hot — two "really amazing reds." Flame is a coral red, while Hot is more of a classic red.

To get that perfect, porcelain skin, Bailey uses Vichy Dermablend's liquid foundation on Perry. "It has a very classic Hollywood look to it," he says. "It's just perfection." Overall, Bailey says Perry has "a very classic look."

When it comes to music, fashion — and hair and makeup — Rihanna is a definite risk-taker. Never one to shy away from bold colors (she's been sporting her signature vibrant red hairstyle for more than a year now), the Caribbean superstar — known for infectiously catchy hits like "Pon de Replay,""Disturbia," and "Only Girl (In the World)" — certainly stands out from the crowd.
"Rihanna loves to be daring with color especially for her tours," says celebrity makeup artist Mylah Morales, who has worked with the fearless singer over the years. Rihanna, currently finishing up her Loud Tour, spends much of her time performing on stage, which can cause her makeup to fade faster. "On stage it's almost impossible to keep makeup on," says Morales, who explains that a cream to powder foundation is the best for fast touch ups.
"My favorite foundation to use on Rihanna when she's on stage would be black Up Cream to Powder because it has a creamy, powdery texture," says the makeup artist. "I then top it off with the black Up Two Way Cake Powder because she tends to sweat on stage under the lights." Morales also applies bronzer on Rihanna's skin as a contour by dusting it on her cheeks, chin and forehead.

The fierce diva is definitely a fan of the color red. Rihanna "loves a bold red lip," says Morales. "black Up's no. 25 lipstick looks great on her." But Rihanna is not afraid to experiment with other color on her lips, either. "Over the years we have played with really bright color," says Morales, who has tried everything from strong pinks to nude tones on Rihanna's lips. To keep color from fading when Rihanna is performing, Morales says she dusts the singer's lips with powder and then reapplies her lipstick.

In addition to bold lips, "Rihanna loves a cat eye or really smoky eye," says Morales, who starts by applying black Up Eyeliner in black. "I love it because it's in a pen form and has great pigment," says Morales. "Rihanna likes a punch of color, so then I top off the line with black Up Pearl Powder in a blue or green pigment over the top." Morales explains that the best way to apply this liner to achieve a cat eye is "by using the point of the pen and start from the inside of the lid and work your way out."

When she's creating such a striking eye look, Morales says she'll keep the rest of Rihanna's face more subdued by doing a neutral or baby pink lip. Depending on the fashion, Rihanna likes wearing more neutral tones at photo shoots and on the red carpet, says Morales.

Miss Piggy has made a name for herself as one of the most glamorous starlets in Hollywood. Since the 1970s, she has starred in such popular movies as The Muppets Take Manhattan and Muppet Treasure Island, and she hasn't aged a day. This stylish diva seems to have it all — she even snagged the love of her life, Kermit the Frog, after much reluctance from her frog prince about settling down. Now she's starring alongside Amy Adams and Jason Segel in The Muppets. To celebrate her return to the big screen, MAC Cosmetics recently released the Miss Piggy for MAC collection — and Keri Blair, MAC Cosmetics' senior artist, shares step-by-step tips for re-creating Miss Piggy's iconic look.

Start by lining the inside of the waterline with a black eye pencil, such as MAC's Smolder Eye Kohl. Then apply Miss Piggy Pink Eye Shadow "by patting the shadow intensely across the lid of the eye," Blair says. "Blend the color upward into the crease of your eye with a soft brush like the MAC Cosmetics 224 Tapered Blending Brush."

Continue by applying MAC's Penultimate Eye Liner in Rapidblack across the lash line and under the eye in small triangular shapes to mimic extra-large lashes, Blair says, then connect the triangles with a solid black line following the lash line. Finish the look by applying a light coat of MAC Cosmetics Zoom Fast Lash Mascara to curled lashes, and MAC false lashes in #36.
Miss Piggy is a pro at applying eyeliner and falsies, and you can master the art of dramatic eye makeup, too. "When applying eyeliner, use a powder or pencil first to 'map,' or stencil, the shape you want to create. Then use your liquid or gel liner to deepen and perfect your lines," Blair says. "To get the Miss Piggy diva eye, try using a soft pencil like MAC Cosmetics Eye Kohl in Costa Riche and draw small triangular shapes under your eye to mimic eyelashes. Then connect using the natural shape of your eye."

For Miss Piggy's signature dramatic eyes, false lashes are key. "Measure the false lash to your own lash line to ensure a perfect fit," Blair says. "If you need to trim the lash, always do so from the outside edge; most lashes are tapered from short to long to mimic the way your lashes would naturally grow." Before applying falsies, let the adhesive dry for a minute or two, she adds. "The stickier the glue, the easier your application will be."
Then apply a thin amount of adhesive to the band on the false lashes, and place them at the edge of your natural lashes. Blair suggests laying a small hand mirror on a table and looking down into it to apply the lashes. "It always helps to blend a bit of black eye shadow or black eyeliner on top of your lash line just in case your placement is a bit too high," she says. "This way, the black will blur any mistakes. Use a liquid or gel liner to blend the band of the false lash into your own lash line."

Kristen Bell took Hollywood by storm as the sassy teenage detective Veronica Mars in the TV series of the same name back in 2004. Since then, she's had hilarious roles in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, When in Rome, and Get Him to the Greek. Currently, Bell stars in the Showtime TV series House of Lies, in which she plays an Ivy League graduate.
The 31-year-old actress still looks as young and fresh as she did when she played a high schooler on Veronica Mars. How does she keep her skin so radiant? "For real, one of the biggest tips out there isn't any kind of trick — it's just SPF, SPF, SPF," Bell says. She continues, laughing, "It is paramount for the safety of your skin and so you don't look like an old hag when you're 31."
Protecting her skin from the sun is something the porcelain-complexioned beauty has been doing since her teens. "My mother taught me at a very young age to wear SPF," Bell says, "so I've been slathering sunscreen on since I was 15."

Bell learned another important skin care lesson from her mother: "She taught me that a beauty regimen should start in your teens, and then change depending on the decade — but it should begin then. So I have always had a beauty regimen, or paid attention to what my skin needs. I have sensitive skin, so to meet its needs is sometimes difficult." Bell is a spokesperson for Neutrogena's Naturals line, and she says that the products work for her sensitive skin because they're free of parabens, dyes, and sulfates.

While working on the sets of various movies and TV shows, Bell has picked up a few additional beauty lessons. "Primer, as silly as it seems — if you've got a night on the town, just do it," she says. "It may seem like another frivolous layer that you don't want to wear, but it will make your makeup last." Bell has also picked up a tip for applying mascara: "I think painting your eyelashes with a fan brush on top — especially if you have really tiny eyes, as I do — makes a big difference."

To stay glowing, Bell suggests spraying your face with water after using powder, then taking a tissue and blotting. Says the actress, "It leaves a dewy effect."

Kyra Sedgwick is one talented — and busy — leading lady. She is the award-winning star of TNT's The Closer, in which she plays Brenda Leigh Johnson, a no-nonsense police detective who solves brutal murders. Off camera, she's half of one of Hollywood's longest-lasting super couples — she's been married to the actor Kevin Bacon for more than 20 years — and the mother of two teenagers. Whether she's filming The Closer, walking the red carpet, or spending time with her family, this down-to-earth beauty always manages to look fresh and sophisticated.

"Kyra has a natural look," says makeup artist Jake Bailey, who works with the star. Bailey likes to use either Armani Luminous Silk Foundation or CoverGirl NatureLuxe Silk Foundation on Sedgwick. He also favors a cream bronzer like Estée Lauder Signature Satin Creme Blush in Nude Light for the actress because "it goes on so much more like skin" than powder makeup does. "I like to focus on giving her a gorgeous glow," he says. To pull the look together, he'll do a coral lip.

Bailey plays up Sedgwick's sparkly brown eyes by focusing on her lashes. "She looks best with gorgeous lashes," he says. "It opens her eyes. Too much shadow can make brown eyes look smaller." When he does use shadow on Sedgwick's lids, Bailey likes Make Up For Ever Aqua Cream in shade number 6 (Fresh Pink) because it plays well against her skin, which has olive undertones.

Instead of emphasizing mascara, Bailey frequently uses false lashes. He likes Ardell DuraLash Naturals because "they are natural looking and comfortable to wear." By applying false lashes, Bailey says he often doesn't need to use mascara at all. That way, clients of his don't need to worry about their mascara running if they have to accept an award and happen to get a little emotional — a good thing for Sedgwick, whose acting in The Closer has garnered her tons of nominations!

British actress Thandie Newton — who's starred in such big-screen blockbusters as Mission: Impossible II and Crash — lives by the motto, less is more. Her secret to healthy, glowing skin and hair is to cultivate a minimalist approach and to opt for natural products instead of those made with synthetic chemicals. Spending time with her supportive family helps, too, as well as grabbing a little fresh air!

"I try not to mess around with my skin too much," says Newton. "I don't wash my face in the morning, and I cleanse at night with Neal's Yard Remedies Wild Rose Beauty Balm — I put that on at night. It's kind of greasy, so I wipe it off with a warm flannel shirt and then I leave my skin alone." She perks up her complexion in the morning with just a splash of water, and uses Olay Total Effects on any especially dry areas.

Newton's current role, as single mother Lindsey Wakefield in Tyler Perry's Good Deeds, allows her to finally embrace her hair's natural texture with a low-maintenance routine. "I like to use quite mild products, and I only wash my hair once a week," she says. "I've grown out my relaxer because after years and years of acting I suddenly realized that God knows what I'm doing to my scalp!" Now she reaches for her favorite John Masters Organics product, Lavender and Avocado Intensive Conditioner, and organic apple cider vinegar when her hair "really needs a boost."

Vanessa Hudgens has become a sought-after leading lady since her breakout performance as a teenage singer and dancer in High School Musical. Currently, she's starring in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island alongside Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, and Josh Hutcherson. In her next movie, she plays as a pregnant teenager who runs away from home in Gimme Shelter, due out in late 2012.
Hudgens has learned some valuable makeup lessons from the time she's spent on her movie sets. One trick she picked up is to use mascara on her bottom lashes. She brings the wand up to her bottom lash line and pulls it out. "It creates some definition," she says.

For her part in Gimme Shelter, Hudgens cut off her gorgeous long hair — herself! Hudgens explains that her character chops off all her hair in a fury, so the star wanted the look to be very jagged. After the hairstylist on set cut most of her hair off, Hudgens took matters into her own hands, scissoring off even more. "It was amazing, — it was so liberating," she says about the experience.
Hudgens was able to wash her long hair and just go; now, she says, she has to spend more time styling her hair. And with the short style, the star enjoys playing up her lips more. "I've been doing a lot of bold lips recently," she says. "It's so much fun. I feel like, especially with short hair, it's such a statement." She adds, "With short hair, there's not that much you can do, but the one thing that I adore is the 20s and 30s, so I've been doing the finger wave with a good plum lip, and it's very of the era and fun."

When it comes to her skin, Hudgens always look fresh-faced. Her secret? She always takes her makeup off before bed. She likes Neutrogena Cleansing Towelettes to remove makeup in one easy swipe. "I try to keep my cleansing wipes by my bed," she says, "so right before I go to sleep, if I'm feeling lazy, I can just grab one and remove my makeup."

Kate Hudson has created memorable characters in such hit movies as Almost Famous, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Bride Wars, and Something Borrowed. Now this stylish mother of two is taking on new roles that seem to fit her easy-going personality perfectly. The blond bombshell is currently the global brand ambassador for Almay cosmetics, and the face of Ann Taylor's spring collection.

How does Hudson keep her glow? She's said that one of the best pieces of beauty advice her mother, Goldie Hawn, gave her was to find happiness — and it looks as if she's certainly found just that. In addition to navigating a busy career, she's engaged to Matt Bellamy, lead singer of the rock band Muse, and in July 2011 she gave birth to their son, Bingham Hawn Bellamy.

A natural beauty, Hudson favors subtle makeup and a low-maintenance routine. She's said that she always keeps lip gloss and concealer on hand, and that eyeliner, blush, and mascara are part of her everyday look.
In a behind-the-scenes video of her commercial for Almay's Wake-Up Makeup, Hudson says the "clever product" feels cool on the skin and comes with a super-soft brush for application.
"Almay does a good job of making products really easy," she adds. "You do want to cover a couple blemishes, you do want to feel fresh, so it's nice to have things you can kind of put on fast and go."

Hudson also filmed a commercial for Almay's One Coat Get Up & Grow Mascara. "This product is formulated to condition the lash. It has a provitamin formula that helps to prevent any kind of damage to your lashes," she says in a related video. "The fact that it's hypoallergenic makes for the most sensitive eye to be able to use the product, so that's a nice perk." Hudson says that because she's always getting made up, she likes the fact that Almay's products are hypoallergenic.

Chrissy Teigen became a household name in 2010, the year she appeared in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue for the first time and was named the magazine's "Rookie of the Year." She's often photographed on the arm of her fiancé, singer-songwriter John Legend — and her experience with looking confident in next to nothing has helped her pick up some valuable beauty tricks.

"I'm a twice-a-day shaver," says the bombshell, explaining how she stays smooth at all times. Her go-to hair-removal regimen consists of thorough exfoliation and a slow shave with Gillette's Venus & Olay razor. "You don't have to do a full-body exfoliation with a scrub," she says. "Even using a washcloth and wiping it down your leg once will do — you'll notice such a difference when you can get those hairs."

Although Teigen spends long hours on tropical shoots, she credits her perfect faux glow to Too Faced Sun Bunny. "When I wear it, everyone always asks me what's on my cheeks," she says. "It just makes you glow."
When she needs to look wide-awake, Teigen uses Ole Henriksen Ultimate Lift Eye Gel, which she keeps in the freezer. "I'm always so mentally awake in the morning, but sometimes my face has yet to catch up, so I just dab that on and leave it," she says. "It's one of the only things that I've noticed has made a difference on my eyes."

Given that her résumé includes acting, directing, and producing (and let's not forget her hilarious Got Milk? and Burger King commercials), it's hard to believe that Salma Hayek actually found the time to develop a beauty line. But the Mexican-American beauty launched Nuance with CVS in 2011, in homage to her grandmother.
"My grandmother studied both cosmetology and herbology in Mexico, so she understood how to use elements from nature in beauty treatments," Hayek told Daily Glow. "It's her philosophies, enhanced by all the new technologies available to us today, that helped me create Nuance."

"It's amazing how much you can do with foods that are literally from the breakfast table," Hayek says. She praises the virtues of cooled tea bags as an eye treatment, and mayonnaise as a conditioning hair mask.
When it comes to splurging on beauty treatments, Hayek believes that massage is essential. "There are so many benefits, for the muscles, for blood flow, and it can help you maintain youth and elasticity," she says. For this reason, her line of products features massaging elements — like the wide roller-ball applicator on the Nuance Renewing & Brightening Facial Serum, which massages your face and neck as you apply it.

If Hayek was stranded on a desert island with only five beauty products, she'd want a cleanser, moisturizer, mascara, lipstick (a sheer one so she could use it as a blush too), Nuance Advanced Hydration Smooth & Firm Protector (for its dual coverage and SPF power), and a breakout treatment. "I know I only have five, but I forgot pimple medication," she added, "because — God forbid — I should have a giant blemish and nothing to hide it. I think I would have to give up my lipstick for that!"

You may know Jennifer Freeman from the TV series My Wife and Kids, in which she played Damon Wayans's daughter, but the stunning actress has also appeared in ads for beauty brands, including Neutrogena. Because her job requires a calm, glowing complexion, Freeman keeps her skin care routine as simple as she can. "I use the most gentle and mild products and the smallest number of them as possible," she told Daily Glow. "I used to use a cleanser, exfoliator, moisturizer, etc., but when I stopped using all those products, my skin got so much better!"

Freeman's cleansing staples include baby wipes or MAC makeup remover wipes and Cetaphil face wash. "Some people can sleep in their makeup," she says. "I'm not one of them."
While Freeman, who also starred in You Got Served, looks as alluring in a smoky eye with a bold pink lip as she does in natural makeup, one thing about her cosmetics routine remains constant. "Because my skin is oily," she says, "I can't use shimmer on my cheeks for glow — it makes me look more oily, especially in photos. But MAC has a makeup stick for under-the-eyes and on the cheeks, called Prep and Prime Highlighter Stick, that has a pearlized look, which gives the skin a glow without making you look shiny." Freeman's other makeup bag essential is Stila's Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. "You can adjust the thickness of the line," she says, "and what you put on stays in place and keeps its color."

When it comes to her hair, Freeman's got a foolproof trick for making waves — sleep like a sumo wrestler. "If I've blown my hair out straight, I put it on top of my head in a little bun, like a sumo wrestler, before going to bed at night," she says. When she releases the bun in the morning, her hair falls down in glamorous coils. "It gives a nice wave to it and makes my hair silky."

Whether you know Gabrielle Union from the 2000 movie Bring It On or this year's hit film Think Like a Man, one thing is certain: This actress looks shockingly unchanged, despite the passage of more than a decade.
Union, who turns 40 this year, revealed her skin care secrets to Daily Glow and insisted that, despite appearances, her looks are not perfect.
"I have very oily skin," she says. "It's like embalming fluid — it kind of keeps everything lubed up."

Instead of struggling to control the oil, Union decided to work with it. "No matter how many products I use," she says, "the oil just fights its way through. So in every picture — even if I've just left the makeup chair — I'm going to look a little greasy. It's my natural look."

Besides using a cleanser with salicylic acid, and the occasional spot treatment, Union sticks to healthy lifestyle habits: drinking in moderation, chugging a lot of water, and not smoking. "I drink literally a gallon of water a day," she says. "I try to get it done by 6 pm — otherwise you pee all night."

And to help control under-eye bags ("I don't get enough sleep," she admits), Union favors this DIY trick: "I freeze spoons and place them over my eyes until the spoons aren't cold anymore, or about 10 minutes."

When Kate Walsh isn't on set or at a press event, the Private Practice star likes to keep her beauty routine low-key.
"I think it's all about keeping things simple," Walsh, who launched her second Boyfriend fragrance, Billionaire, in early 2012, says. "I think sometimes we think we need to use like five things in our hair to get it to work, but I think less is more."

To help keep her skin glowing and clear, Walsh relies on the Clarisonic brush. "I'm obsessed with that damn thing," she gushes, noting its ability to exfoliate and deep clean her skin.
While Walsh opts for just mascara and eyeliner on her off days, she learned to love bronzer from Private Practice's makeup artist, Sergio Lopez-Rivera. "The key to applying it is making sure your skin is matte," says Walsh. "So first apply a light translucent powder over your makeup and then lightly dust bronzer over that for a healthy glow." She also learned that adding a bit of highlighter to foundation can add life to your complexion without looking too made up.

Walsh credits her vibrant hair color to colorist Christopher Pierce ("He's an artist") at the Andy Lecompte Salon in Los Angeles. But in between appointments, the actress takes good-for-her-strands vitamins like biotin and the supplement Viviscal. "I also do a keratin treatment once a month," she says. "It gives your hair a big drink of water and keeps it hydrated."
However Walsh's favorite tip to staying healthy inside and out is also the cheapest. "Sleep is such an underrated beauty tip," Walsh says. "We live in such a crazy culture, but sleeping is one of my best beauty secrets."

Janel Parrish is best known for her role as Mona Vanderwall, the geek-turned-popular-girl at Rosewood High School on Pretty Little Liars. Although she plays a snobby chick that we love to hate on the small screen, the actress is much more laidback in real life, and her low-key beauty routine reflects that, as she favors natural colors to highlight her gorgeous bronzed skin.
Parrish, who made her movie debut in Bratz: The Movie in 2007, says she never leaves home without Rosebud Perfume Co.'s Strawberry Lip Balm. "It makes my lips feel extra moisturized and soft," she says. Parrish is also a fan of Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Bourbon. "This eye pencil is the perfect shade of brown for brown eyes and has a slight shimmer that's stunning," she says. Additionally, Parrish says she wears cult classic Nars Blush in Orgasm every day.

When it comes to her hair, the Hawaiian-born beauty tames her long strands with TIGI Bed Head After-Party Smoothing cream. "This serum makes my hair feel super soft and takes care of pesky flyaways," she says.
After a full day of filming, Parrish unwinds with a bubble bath. She uses Soap & Glory's Calm One Calm All Bubble Bath, which contains lemon balm and has a built-in body lotion. "Luxurious and silky, it's perfect for a soak after a long day on set," she says. She also likes Soap & Glory's Glow Lotion. "I love the shimmer and the way it makes my legs look sun-kissed," Parrish says.

While Ashley Greene may be best known for her role as Alice Cullen in the Twilight movies, in real life the actress looks nothing like her pasty vampire alter ego. The Florida native, a spokesperson for Mark Cosmetics and DKNY, has seriously healthy-looking skin that needs little makeup to appear absolutely perfect.

To keep Greene glowing, her makeup artist, Mai Quynh, always starts with Mark's Calm & Composed moisturizer and face primer before applying foundation.
When it comes to makeup, Quynh likes to play up Greene's eyes with bronzy, smoky shades. She'll vary the lip color she uses, saying that reds, pinks, wines, and nudes all complement Greene's coloring well.
"Ashley is a chameleon and can wear any color," says Quynh. "I usually keep in mind the particular event she's going to or the dress she'll be wearing or how she's going to style her hair. She looks great in a dramatic eye or bold lips. She can pull off any look."

Greene will soon be hitting the red carpet for Breaking Dawn Part 2, so it's important that her makeup stays in place during what's sure to be a hectic press tour. The key to long-lasting makeup, says Quynh, is the correct layering of products. "When I layer creams and liquids and then powders on top to set them, they usually have no problem staying put all night," she says. After applying moisturizer, primer, liquid or cream foundation, concealer, and cream blush, Quynh will set Greene's look all over with powder, then add bronzer and powder blush.
"I also like to give her a powder puff with powder on it to use throughout the night for touch-ups," says Quynh, "as well as whatever lip products I've used on her."

Jennifer Hudson has a lot on her plate these days — she's a spokesperson for Weight Watchers, she recently launched a clothing line on the QVC network, she's filming a series of episodes on season 2 of Smash, and she'll be the guest judge for the finale of season 10 of Project Runway.

Although she's juggling numerous projects — in addition to being mom to three-year-old David — the gifted singer always manages to look fresh and polished.
How does she do it?

"I like to keep her skin glowy and natural," says her makeup artist, Mylah Morales, who achieves the effect by using black Up Cream to Powder Foundation. To give Hudson's skin the finishing boost of radiance, Morales applies bronzer and illuminating highlighter on the apples of her cheeks.

Kate Bosworth has a lot to glow about these days — the actress, who made a splash on the big screen as a surfer girl in Blue Crush in 2002 — was recently engaged to film director Michael Polish, her beau of a little more than a year. Although her romantic happiness may have something to do with her radiance, the all-American beauty's complexion was already just about flawless.

"She's the perfect canvas for any colors because she stays out of the sun and has a beautifully pale complexion," says Amy Nadine, a celebrity makeup artist who worked with Kate in 2011 on the set of L!fe Happens. Before applying makeup, Nadine prepped Bosworth's skin by applying MyChelle Perfect C Serum "for instant radiance," she says.
"Kate looks especially lovely in pink and peach cream blushes, and pink or nude lips," says Nadine, who applied Tarte LipSurgence in Hope (a matte, dusty pink shade) to Bosworth's lips, and Tarte Cheek Stain in Tipsy (a sheer coral pink) to her cheeks.

Perhaps Bosworth's most striking feature is her eyes — they're two different colors! To accentuate them, Nadine used Ellis Faas Creamy Eye Shadow in E209 (a nude tone) and Tarte Amazonian clay mascara. Says Nadine, "Kate's eyelashes are so long it's criminal!"
