Emilia's hair was parted down the center and totally frizz-free. It was pulled back tight in a pony, really showing off Emilia's amazing facial features and makeup.

Celebrity makeup artist Dawn Broussard used Tarte products to create Emilia's look. "With the soft, ethereal tones of Emilia's dress, I chose a color palette that reminded me of a romantic, mysterious gypsy and kept the skin fresh and glowing with a neutral lip," Dawn tells us.

Here's more from Dawn:

First I prepped Emilia's skin with maracuja oil. Next, I applied Tarte's Clean Slate Flawless 12-hour Brightening Primer to hold makeup in place while illuminating the skin.

Then, I applied Amazonian Clay 12-hour Full Coverage foundation in Fair Sand and Maracuja Creaseless Concealer in fair to even out her complexion. To set the look and eliminate shine, she used Amazonian Clay Finishing Powder.

On the cheeks, I contoured Emilia's cheekbones, chin, and jaw with Amazonian Clay Matte Waterproof Mineral Powder Bronzer in Park Ave Princess.

Then, I lightly dusted Amazonian clay 12-hour blush in dazzled on the apples of her cheeks and added a hint of sheen with Maracuja Blush & Glow Brightening Luminizer & Cheek Tint in Sunlight.

To create a soft, subtle smoky eye that went with the ice color of her dress, I used Tarte's Beauty & the Box Amazonian Clay Eye Shadow Quad in Envoke the Smoke. I blended the dark purple with the stone shadows to make the blue hue of her eyes pop. After blending the darker shades together, I dusted the light pink shadow over top to add a sheer hint of luminosity.

Then I drew Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner in black on top of the lash lines to create a full lash effect and finished with two coats of lights, camera, lashes 4 in 1 mascara.

For a subtle hue on her lips, I applied Glamazon Pure Performance 12-hour Lipstick in Enlightened and defined her lips with Amazonian Clay Universal Lip Liner for added shape and depth.
