Get the runway look: the easiest fall outfit EVER

A printed tunic dress is probably the easiest way to make a statement this fall. If you go bold on the pattern, stick with simple accessories like a silver cuff and a pair of booties to complete the look.

Fall shopping season is upon us, and we've found ourselves in that transitional period before sweater weather that leaves us pretty much scratching our heads on what exactly to wear.

Enter Something Navy with a the perfect foolproof fall outfit. A bold printed tunic dress (long-sleeve -- summer's really over, folks!), plus fringed booties and a simple accessories equal the easiest outfit we can possibly think of that will still keep you looking put together.

While this look was styled for our StyleList x NMRKT runway show during New York Fashion Week (aka: it's meant for spring), technically this combination can swing either way -- it's the ultimate change-of-seasons ensemble!

Don't let the runway factor on this outfit fool you -- it's completely wearable on the sidewalk too. To prove our point, we've pulled together a strikingly similar look, using pieces you can throw in the washing machine (but please, avoid putting jewelry in there -- you'll thank us later!).
