Duchess Kate goes to Harlem, Prince William to DC
The Duchess of Cambridge was up in Harlem today with First Lady of New York City Chirlane McCray to visit the Northside Center For Child Development. The Duchess was wearing a pretty black military-style coat by Goat Fashion (the Black and Nude Washington Coat, retailing for £680.00). It seems Kate added a bit of length to the coat with a panel along the bottom. Understandable for the modest Duchess, and to allow for a little extra space for that baby bump!
Kate and Chirlane met outside of the center at 11am, and then went inside to learn about how the organization fosters the healthy development of children and families by providing high-quality mental health and educational services.
Meanwhile, Prince William sat down for a chat with President Obama in the Oval Office at the White House. Just trying to have some small talk and bond, William tells Obama that when George was born, he was so excited that he forgot to ask if it was a boy or a girl! Adorable.
The room was packed with press (naturally) and Obama and William were not trying to answer any questions. Can't these guys just bond over royal babies, please? See a clip below!
