Bugatti has revealed the Chiron Super Sport Golden Era, a one-off from the company's Sur Mesure bespoke customization department, with an exterior that features depictions of some of the brand's most iconic cars. Click through to see it in detail.
The Golden Era is based on a Chiron Super Sport, which can hit 200 mph in under 15 seconds thanks to a 1578-hp quad-turbo W-16 engine.
The front of the Golden Era is painted in Nocturne Black, transitioning to a light gold color called "Doré" with a gradient effect.
The Golden Era's flanks feature sketches of the brand's most significant automotive creations, hand-drawn onto the paint using the same pens used to design Bugattis on paper.
The passenger's side features Bugatti's prewar masterpieces, including the Type 41 Royale and Type 57SC Atlantic.
There's also an image of the chateau purchased by founder Ettore Bugatti that now serves as the company's headquarters.
The driver's side focuses on modern Bugattis, from the Veyron and Chiron to special editions like the Divo, track-only Bolide, and one-off La Voiture Noire.
The theme is echoed inside with three cars hand-painted directly onto the leather on each door panel.
The Golden Era also receives special doorsills, with "1987–2023" on the driver's side for the modern iteration of Bugatti and "1909–1956" on the other sill to represent the original company's life span.
A special badge on the center console will remind the lucky owner that this is the only Golden Era edition on the planet.
The Chiron Super Sport costs almost $4 million, but the owner of this special edition undoubtedly paid even more.
