The Obamas Go On a Volunteer Outing to Mark Martin Luther King Jr. Day

U.S. President Barack Obama and his family took part in a volunteer project at a Washington D.C. school on Martin Luther King Jr. Day today. Obama, first Lady Michelle Obama and their eldest daughter, greeted students and volunteers at the Browne Education Center and helped spruce up its library. Obama thanked the volunteers for their service, and made reference to a King quote about public service.
