A man wanted by the FBI for the 2008 shooting during a sports festival has been caught in India, officials have announced. Amandeep Singh Dhami, 28, was arrested on local charges in India, but he is also suspected to be the second gunman in the shooting at the Gurmukh Singh Johal Memorial Tournament back on Aug. 31, 2008. One person – Parmjit Pamma Singh – died that day, and several more were injured.
