When Tropical Cyclone Oswald blew through Australia, it brought heavy rains and floods that have killed at least four people and forced thousands of residents to flee towns along the east coast. Even inland, the floods have covered farms and stranded animals. But the high winds and waves created a different condition, sea foam that turned the beach at Port Macquarie into something resembling a giant bubble bath.
