Report: Police Responded To Newtown Best They Could

A nine-page report by the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association found that the Newtown Police Department, “responded to the scene rapidly, positioned themselves appropriately and followed their department policy,” on the day of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
