Park's Spokesperson Calls Harassment Charges "Cultural Misunderstanding"

The latest public official embroiled in a Washington DC sexual harassment scandal is not American... he's South Korean. Yoon Chang-jung, a former spokesperson for President Park Geun-hye has been fired over sexual harassment charges during a recent visit to the U.S. Yoon had been part of Park's entourage during her state visit with President Obama. During the trip, a Korean American woman, who'd been hired by Park's team, said Yoon grabbed her bottom without her permission.
