Pakistani Man Pleads Not Guilty to Bomb Plot

U.S. Marshals guard the New York court house where an al Qaeda suspect is on trial. Abid Naseer of Pakistan pleaded not guilty to terrorism charges on Monday after being extradited from the UK last week. The 26-year-old is facing up to life in prison on allegations he was involved in a 2009 al Qaeda plot to bomb the New York City subway system. Two other suspects in the case have pleaded guilty and a third has been convicted.
