NYC Landmarks Look to Sell 'Air-Rights' For Profit

A group called, "Iconplans", is trying to help public landmarks in New York City sell their 'air-rights,' for profit. 'Air-rights' refers to the space above a building the owners have the right to build up into. Selling that space has been done by private developers for decades, but now churches, museums, and other non-profits, want in. Andrew Dymburt has the details.
