New 'Sticky' Tool Could Help in High-Speed Chases

Washington State Police are considering a new 'sticky' GPS device that would aid in high-speed chases by tracking a fleeing car. The devices would cost $500 each, but the cannon that has to be installed on each police car costs $5,000.
