Mark Cuban has lost his bid to toss out an insider trading lawsuit from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC says after hearing confidential information back in 2004, the Dallas Mavericks owner dumped shares, saving himself hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses. And as Gordon Gekko can tell can't trade on losses. Here's why Cuban doesn't need us to defend him.
