Etorre Bugatti and engineer Louis De Monge spent three years building the 100P to be the fastest, lightest aircraft in the world, but just as it was nearing its first test flight, World War II broke out and the project was forgotten. Now, a former fighter pilot has dedicated years of his life to rebuilding it.
