Judge: Same-Sex Couples Can Marry In Chicago, No Other Counties Yet

People began lining up for marriage licenses almost immediately after a judge ruled that same sex couples in Cook County do not have to wait until June 2014 to marry. For now, the ruling by U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman applies only to Cook County.
