Israeli Far-Right Activist Shot and Wounded in Jerusalem

An Israeli far-right activist is shot and wounded in Jerusalem Wednesday, outside a conference promoting a Jewish campaign to allow prayer at an Old City compound holy to both Jews and Muslims, officials said. Police confirmed that a man on a motorcycle had shot and wounded a Jewish man in his 50s outside the Menachem Begin Center complex. Hospital officials identified the victim as Yehuda Glick.
