Hundreds Of New Yorkers Voluntarily Sleep On The Street

Hundreds Of New Yorkers Voluntarily Sleep On The Street More than 200 New York and New Jersey residents are joining a nationwide movement called the Young Professional Sleep Out with Covenant House, which takes in thousands of people off New York City streets each year and helps them find jobs. This is the second sleep out by the shelter and it aims to raise awareness by having participants sleep on the street for a night.
