How to Make a Sazerac Cocktail

Invented in the mid 1800's at the Sazerac Coffee House in New Orleans, the Sazerac was originally crafted with Cognac. Pete shows us how to make the classic American cocktail. The recipe is as follows: 1 dash absinthe, 3 dashes Peychaud bitters, 1 oz simple syrup, 1 oz rye whiskey and an orange twist.
