Three women went on an inspiring journey and lost more than 300 pounds combined! Their incredible weight loss journeys are featured in the People magazine ‘Bodies’ issue which is on stands Friday. It’s hard to believe 32-year-old Brianna Bernard once topped the scale at 245 pounds. She packed on the pounds after the birth of her first child and says she dropped 107 pounds the old fashioned way, by changing to a sensible diet and exercising. Now she has no problem showing off her bikini body.
