Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy has yet to announce if he will run for re-election, but he’s doing a few key extended interviews that pundits say suggest he will. On the topic of his proposal to exempt half of teachers’ pension income from the state income tax over the next few years, the governor says he has been thinking about the idea for years.
