French Court Rules in Favor of Kate Middleton in Topless Photo Case

A French court has ruled in favor of Kate Middleton and the royal family, demanding that all digital copies of the topless duchess be handed over within 24 hours. The gossip magazine Closer faces fines if it doesn't hand over the pictures. However, the ruling only applies to the French publication, and not the Italian and Irish magazines which also published the photos. Patrick Jones reports.
