Elton John: AIDS Stigma Still a Big Problem

Elton John held a star-studded gala last night to honor prominent supporters of his AIDS foundation and he spoke about the latest efforts to prevent the disease and end a continuing stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. Serving as emcee for the gala -- called An Enduring Vision -- was CNN anchor and talk show host Anderson Cooper. Among those attending were John's partner David Furnish, legendary singer Smokey Robinson, 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin and New York Mayor Andrew Cuomo.
