Despite Absence, Jesse Jackson Jr. Wins Re-Election

Even though he hasn't been seen in public for more than four months, Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has been re-elected in the 2nd Congressional District. The 47-year-old Illinios Democrat suffers from bipolar depression and gastro-intestinal issues. Ever since taking leave on June 10, he's been on in and out of the Mayo Clinic for treatment.
