Controversial Float Declares July "White History Month"

How much controversy could a float in a small town parade really cause? Well, a lot... especially if it has a serious racist theme behind it. One such float in a North Carolina featured a wagon full of watermelons, a Confederate Flag on the back, and a sign proclaiming "White History Month: Hug A White Person."
