A Natomas mother is looking for changes in how the district’s bus drivers handle pick up and drop off after her autistic son was left at the wrong school. Gina Velez-Balay says she was notified earlier this week that her 6-year-old son Trystan was safe, but dropped off at a school 2 miles from where he should have been. Natomas Unified School District officials say the driver was new to the route.
