Alderman Make Tough Demands For Updating Wrigley

The alderman who represents Chicago’s Wrigley Field wants several conditions met, before he agrees on a deal to renovate the stadium. The Ricketts Family, which owns the Cubs, say they’ll pay the $300-million to rehab Wrigley Field, if some city restrictions are lifted. They want the right to put more advertising signs, play more night games, and have street fairs outside.
