California drought leaves one town without any water

East Porterville is a town in California that has completely run out of water. Due to the drought it has become a 21st century dustbowl, after all the wells have dried up. It's so bad they have trucks deliver water in 2,500 gallon tanks. INSIDE EDITION spoke to some of its residents about how it is affecting their everyday life. Many parents have to wake up at the crack of dawn to bring their kids to the local church to take showers in trailers, and even brush their teeth at an outdoor sink.
