Workmen Rescued After Dangling Off a High-Rise

Two workers have been rescued after the scaffolding they were working on collapsed. The men were left dangling, and can be seen in a heart-thumping video while awaiting rescue. Firefighters had to scale the side of the building to reach each worker and then move them to a cherry picker waiting below, WSVN reports.
