Sean Spicer has emotional night on ‘DWTS’
It was an emotional night for Sean Spicer on Dancing With the Stars, Monday. President Trump’s former press secretary dedicated his performance to his father, who passed away in 2016 from pancreatic cancer. “This is an opportunity to pay homage to my father, a great man, a great friend, a great inspiration,” said Spicer, ““I'd like to dedicate this dance to my dad and all the fathers out there suffering from cancer but still being the best dad that they can.“ The theme of the show was Disney Night and Spicer danced as the character Woody from Toy Story 4. His quickstep was his most well received dance and he earned his first 7 score from the judges. After his performance, Spicer became emotional because Disney Night reminded him of one of his last memories with his father. “It was a great experience to be able to share that whole experience with my kids and my mother and father,” said Spicer, “So to know that it was actually the ride that we went on, it was kind of cool.”

Kanye and Kim fight about her being 'too sexy'
On Keeping Up With the Kardashians Sunday night, we got an inside look at how Kim Kardashian's 2019 Met Gala look came together and the drama that went down between her and Kanye West the night before she wore it. We all remember Kardashian's stunning, but controversial, Thierry Mugler dress she wore, which sparked major backlash due to her super cinched waist. Kardashian's tiny waist was achieved by wearing a super tight corset, which was designed by famed corset maker Mr Pearl months before the Met Gala. However, on the eve of the big event, West told Kardashian that her showing her body off was affecting his soul and his spirit as a married man and father. West explained, "The corset, underwear, all of that vibe, I just feel like I just went through this transition where, from being a rapper, like, looking at all these girls, and looking at my wife, like, oh, my girl needs to be just like the other girls, showing her body off, showing this, showing that. And I didn't realize that that was affecting, like, my soul and my spirit as someone that's married and loved, and the father of, like, now what about to be four kids. A corset is like a form of underwear. It's hot. It's like, it's hot for who, though?" Kardashian, who had been planning her custom Met Gala look for many months, immediately felt anxiety over her husband's last-minute disapproval. "You knew last night I was having really bad anxiety, and I don't need any more negative energy for you to now say that you're not into me wearing a tight dress," Kardashian told West, who responded, "You are my wife and it affects me when pictures are too sexy." Kardashian then reminded her husband that it was him who built her up to be a sexy and confident person in the first place. "You built me up to be, like, this sexy person and confident and all this stuff. And just because you're on a journey, and you're on your transformation doesn't mean that I'm in the same spot with you," said Kardashian. Fans agreed with Kardashian on this one, and they were glad that she clapped back. We don't often see Kimye fights on KUWTK, but we all know that West has a temper. So it wasn't too surprising that, in the end, the rapper stormed off as Kardashian stated, "That's absolutely ridiculous."
Henry Winkler on Happy Days drama with Ron Howard
Henry Winkler visited Inside the Actors Studio, where he discussed his time on the hit show Happy Days. Winkler played Arthur Fonzarelli, who was better known as “The Fonz” or “Fonzie.” Ron Howard was the intended star of the series, having already establishing a large fanbase from his days on the The Andy Griffith Show. But while Howard’s Richie Cunningham was well received, Winkler’s Fonzie quickly became the fan favorite. “I was supposed to be 7 out of 13, which meant I was only supposed to be in 7 out of the 13 shows each cycle,” said Winkler,” And The Fonz has taking off.” Winkler recalled one day when Howard gave him a ride home and they discussed the topic. Winkler asked Howard how he felt about losing some of his spotlight. “He said, ‘You didn't do one thing other than be good at what you're doing,” recalled Winkler “‘My feelings were hurt, but it's good for the show.’” Despite playing second fiddle to Winkler on Happy Days, Howard went on to become a prolific director. It is doubtful Howard’s feelings are still hurt, but if they are perhaps a simple glance at multiple Oscars might help.

Shannen Doherty joins Riverdale for Luke Perry
Wednesday’s season premiere of Riverdale was dedicated to Luke Perry, who passed away earlier this year after suffering a stroke. Perry played Fred Andrews in the series, the father of principle character Archie Andrews. After Perry’s untimely death, the series was forced to explain Fred’s departure from the show. The storyline was that Fred died after being struck by a car while helping a stranded motorist. The motorist in the episode was played by none other than Perry’s former Beverly Hills, 90210 castmate, Shannen Doherty. Her appearance caused quite a buzz on social media, as she had such a long history with Perry. While many fans paid their respects to Perry online, some of the most notable were series castmates Lili Reinhart and Camila Mendes. This marked the second television tribute to Perry, who was also honored during the premiere of BH90210. Perry was 52 when he passed away.
Fans were stunned by 'Masked Singer' episode
“Welcome back to the TV sensation that's all pleasure and absolutely no guilt, The Masked Singer!” host Nick Cannon announced Wednesday evening. Um, why should anyone ever feel guilty about watching THE BEST TELEVISION SHOW OF ALL TIME? But I must say, I do feel a bit guilty that I didn’t recognize the star of two of my other favorite reality shows of the past, Celebrity Rehab and Loveline, under the Eagle’s magnificent plumage. Most people think of addiction medicine specialist and relationship expert Dr. Drew Pinksy as television’s mild-mannered voice of reason, but disguised as the Eagle this Wednesday, he really let his inner rock star take flight. Doing his smarmiest karaoke-crooner renditions of Meat Loaf’s “I Would Do Anything for love (But I Won’t Do That)” and Nancy Sinatra’s “These Boots Are Made for Walking” in full hippie/biker regalia, Drew was clearly feeling his rock ‘n’ roll fantasy. Was this Freedom Rock? Well, turn it up, man! And that he did. “I'm gonna prove I don't just hang out with rock stars. I am one,” this whirly-bird declared as he spread his bespoke wings, referring to the numerous rockers who’ve entered Celebrity Rehab or guested the syndicated radio version of Loveline over the years. Well, the Eagle didn’t quite land all the notes, but his swagger had the judges guessing he was Kid Rock or Bret Michaels (the red bandana threw them off, I guess). I actually thought he sounded a bit like that bonkers new wave album that David Hasselhoff just dropped. The judges also thought it the Eagle might be Jimmy Fallon, Jeff Goldblum, Jeff Foxworthy, Craig Ferguson, Jay Mohr, Pauly Shore, or even Howard Stern -- which shows you just how much feather-ruffling attitude Dr. Drew had going on. But no one guessed correctly; the closest the judges got was Adam Carolla, Drew’s former Loveline cohost, even though judge Ken Jeong used to fill in for Drew on Loveline. Now, normally Ken is the worst guesser on the Masked Singer panel anyway, but this character was a true mystery, probably the most surprising reveal of the series yet. So, the Eagle had to leave the Masked Singer nest this week, but three other celebrity cosplayers flew to the next round.
