Three-year-old swims better than most adults

This little swimmer has just completed her swim lessons in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She first learned how to roll over and float so that she could save herself if she fell into a pool by accident. Then she continued lessons to learn how to swim across the pool (32 feet long) all by herself. As you can see from the video, her favorite skill is diving down to the bottom and swimming around like a mermaid. She moves through the water with ease, relaxed and enjoying herself. Swimming is the only sport that a child can learn that also gives them the valuable skill of being able to save their own life if an accident occurs. Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death in children ages 1 - 4 so it's very important that all children are taught how to roll over and float in the water. Swim lessons save lives!
