Video: Aaron Rodgers’ Crazy Practice Throw Is Going Viral

There’s a reason the Green Bay Packers did everything they could to persuade Aaron Rodgers to re-join the team in training camp: he’s special.

Rodgers looks like what we’d expect from the reigning NFL MVP. No. 12 dazzled during Thursday’s practice, completing a deep ball with pin-point accuracy.

During a quarterback drill, Rodgers unloaded a downfield bomb and swished it through a 1-foot-wide rim into a net. It’s one of the more impressive throws we’ve seen from a quarterback in years.

Like we said, there’s a reason the Packers refused to trade Aaron Rodgers. He’s still unbelievably talented.

Rodgers has led the Packers to two-straight NFC Championship games. Both ended in losses. Green Bay fell at the hands of the San Francisco 49ers in 2020 and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021. The latter was a nail-biter, proving the Packers are still a championship contender.

With Rodgers back under center, the Packers offense should be one of the best units in the NFL. They’ve reloaded at receiver, offensive line is still above-average and Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon should prove to be a daunting task for opposing defenses.

As long as Rodgers remains committed to the Packers this upcoming season, there’s no reason to believe they can’t go back to the NFC Championship, especially if Rodgers continues to make amazing throws like the one in the video above.
