Vicky McClure marries fiancé Jonathan Owen
Line of Duty actress Vicky McClure has confirmed that she has married her partner Jonny Owen.
McClure, who plays DI Kate Fleming in the BBC drama, has been engaged to the Welsh producer and director since 2017, and announced the news of their wedding on her Instagram.
"Tied up in Notts!!!" she wrote alongside two photos of the couple from the ceremony. "Best. Day. Ever!!!!!"
The wedding was attended by McClure's Line of Duty co-stars Adrian Dunbar and Martin Compston, as well as Owen's daughter, BBC Radio Wales presenter Katie Owen, although she had to leave early to present a show.

Amusingly, McClure actually called up to the show from the wedding party to update her as to what was going on.
"We're married! We’ve had the most amazing special day and we're gutted you had to go back but we're so proud of you," McClure said. "You're missing lots of dancing Katie, but we can do that again."
The actress' Our Dementia Choir performed at the wedding. McClure formed the choir in 2019 after learning about how music can help people with the condition, and featured them in multiple documentaries.
Compston praised the star for using the choir at her wedding and also shared some amusing photos from the wedding, including one of McClure drinking from a can of beer.

Alongside the pictures, he wrote on Instagram: "Incredible day in Notts celebrating the best of people @vicky.mcclure and @jonathanowen71 nuptials, first dance with the dementia choir was just beautiful and says everything about the two of them sharing their moment with the dementia team, a few shandies were had afterwards."
McClure's This Is England co-star Thomas Turgoose also shared some pictures featuring him alongside other This Is England stars and the caption: "We do love a This Is England wedding."
