Vanessa Kirby lines up The Crown reunion on new movie
Vanessa Kirby is set for a Crown reunion on her next movie project.
The Oscar-nominated actress, who played Princess Margaret in the first two seasons of the Netflix Royal drama, will star in The Night Always Comes, based on the 2021 novel by Willy Vlautin (via Deadline).
The movie will be helmed by Benjamin Caron, who directed episodes of The Crown, as well as episodes of Andor and Apple TV+ movie Sharper.

The Night Always Comes centres on a working-class woman called Lynette, who balances multiple jobs while caring for her mother Doreen and developmentally disabled brother Kenny.
Lynette has gone without much money for new clothes or treats in order to save for the ramshackle home her family has rented for decades, with the local area becoming increasingly gentrified.
A plan had been in place to raise a mortgage, though when that is derailed, Lynette is forced to undertake a desperate journey, confronting dangerous local people who owe her money.

Mothers' Instinct's Sarah Conradt has written the screenplay, with filming set to begin in Portland in May.
The project comes ahead of Kirby's role in Fantastic Four, with the actress recently confirmed to be playing the new Sue Storm/the Invisible Woman in Marvel's upcoming movie.
She will appear alongside The Last of Us' Pedro Pascal, The Bear's Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Stranger Things' Joseph Quinn, who play Reed Richards/Mr Fantastic, Ben Grimm/the Thing and Johnny Storm/the Human Torch, respectively
The anticipated reboot is due out next July, having been pushed back from its original May release date.
The Night Always Comes is yet to confirm a release date.
