Looking forward to a classic romantic dinner and drinks this Valentine's Day with that special someone? Several restaurants in and around Knoxville are offering Valentine's Day dinner and drink specials to celebrate the holiday.

You can also find "Galentine's Day," family and single-diner deals.

Valentine's Day is Wednesday, Feb. 14, so making reservations in advance at some of Knoxville's best spots is crucial to guarantee availability. Many restaurants will also have pre-holiday specials, as well as deals that extend beyond Valentine's Day for those who aren't able to indulge in the festivities that day.

BRAVO! Italian Kitchen

  • Celebrate your sweetheart with BRAVO! Italian Kitchen's exclusive menu crafted just for Valentine’s Day. The Valentine's Day Special Menu for Two includes dine-in or carryout options.

  • The "Perfect for Two" is $59.99 and includes your choice of salad and entrée, plus a slice of caramel mascarpone cheesecake to share. Reservations can be made online at bravoitalian.com.

Carrabba's Italian Grill

  • Celebrate with your special someone with an evening of Italian flavors at Carrabba's Italian Grill with the Valentine's Dinner for Two.

  • The four-course dinner for $65 can include shrimp scampi, calamari, Mama Mandola's Sicilian chicken soup, chicken parmesan, grilled salmon, pasta or steaks, and a sogno di cioccolata "chocolate dream" cake to share.

Fleming's Steakhouse

  • For at-home fine dining, The Fresh Market has several options and recipes to cook a meal and impress your partner.

  • You can order through its Valentine's Day page at thefreshmarket.com/valentinesday. It includes a sweetheart ribeye, dark red wine and milk chocolate-dipped strawberries as options, along with tips and instructions. You can even order flowers!

Frothy Monkey

Frothy Monkey’s “Frothy Love Dinners” are returning to all Frothy Monkey locations. The casual and cozy all-day cafe will create an intimate atmosphere to enjoy three courses for two, with the option to add a bottle of any menu wine. Frothy Monkey encourages couples, families, and friends to gather and celebrate their love with an exclusive experience and curated menu for Valentine’s Day.

  • The fine dining experience of J.C. Holdway is hosting a prepaid, reservation-only Valentine's Day dinner 4-9:30 p.m.

  • Romantic afternoon tea will be served on Valentine's Day at the Kraken's Cup. For those single patrons wanting to treat themselves, there is the "I Can Buy Myself Flowers" special for $34, which includes an assortment of finger sandwiches and savories, as well as a personal pot of tea. For couples, there is the "Sweetheart Special" for $75 per couple and the "Be Mine" $90 per couple, both of which include various savory delights and teas.

  • For those celebrating "Galentines Day" or with friends on the holiday, Melting Pot will offer the Best Fondue Friends Forever (BFFF) menu, where friends can enjoy a three-course meal featuring cheese fondue, fresh salad and chocolate fondue for $36 per person.
