United juniors to pick prom king, queen May 4
United High School’s Junior Prom will feature the theme of Gotham City, with activities kicking off at 4 p.m. May 4 with a Parade of Fashions.
Also at the parade event will be the crowning of this year’s king and queen. A $1 donation will be accepted at the door to attend.
A sitdown dinner and dance will follow at Ten Fifty Eight Event Center.
United’s 2023 king and queen will be on hand to crown the 2024 winners. The 2023 queen was Matilyn Zines, daughter of Matt and Stacey Zines; and the kind was Javin Shafer, son of Robin Shafer and the late Debbie Higgins. Class president Kailee Farmer will be master of ceremonies for the parade event.
After-Prom will be held at Kalahari.
