The Unexpected ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Who Reached Out to Rachel Leviss Unveiled

Rachel Leviss

Following the fallout of Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval's relationship, one Vanderpump Rules star took matters into her own hands, reaching out to Rachel (formerly Raquel) Leviss–and the revelation even surprised the show's namesake, Lisa Vanderpump.

Of all the cast members to reach out to Leviss, it was none other than Lala Kent who told Vanderpump that she only did so because she felt bad for her.

"What I can relate to is feeling isolated and feeling like the person is the only one, and if you go against them, you have nothing," Kent told the restaurateur.

The 33-year-old reality TV star later elaborated on her remarks in a confessional, explaining, "I know what it's like to have a man in front of you painting a beautiful picture, saying, 'You're the one for me, you're my soulmate,' and you see what your future could be with this person, and you're willing to f---ing risk it all, so much so that I ignored everyone around me telling me, 'Girl, you're the other woman.'

"And the hardest part about that is that all the names I was called, me being labeled a 'home-wrecking w---e,' if you just lay it out there, they're all true," she added of comments she received at the start of her relationship with ex-fiancé and controversial Hollywood producer Randall Emmett, who she began dating shortly after he separated from his then-wife, actress Ambyr Childers.

While Kent doesn't agree with the 29-year-old's decision to date her co-star while he was in a relationship with Madix, she said she opted to send her a voice message in good faith. "As someone who knows what it is to walk through life and see comments about being a mistress, I don't want her to wear that forever."

In her own confessional, Vanderpump admitted that Kent is "the last person" she would bank on having "empathy for" Leviss, hinting that she would have expected Kent's own experience getting through a cheating scandal with her then-fiancé–whom she broke up with in late 2021 after allegations surfaced that he had cheated on her throughout their relationship–would have made forgiving Leviss nearly impossible.

"So maybe if there's room for forgiveness from Lala, the others will come around," the 63-year-old suggested.
