A mom-to-be was moved by her brother-in-law’s sweet reaction to her pregnancy announcement.

Hannah Goncalves came up with a special way to tell her husband’s brother and his fiancée that she was expecting. She didn’t slip the news into a photoshoot or reveal a positive pregnancy test. Goncalves instead had her brother-in-law and future sister-in-law tour her new home.

“Suprised our family with our pregnancy announcement,” Goncalves explained. “We had them ‘tour’ our new home, and we saved the baby’s room for last.”
In the baby’s room, there was a stack of three cardboard boxes with a message written on each. There was also a baby onesie and ultrasound photo pinned to the display.
“Baby Goncalves moving in November. Nursery. New home,” the boxes read.
When the brother-in-law read the news, he totally lost it.
“No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! Are you kidding?” he shouted with a huge grin on his face.
He hugged Goncalves so tight that he lifted her off the ground. Next, he tightly embraced his brother, the father-to-be. The two men, in tears, wouldn’t let go of each other, as they were completely overtaken with joy.
“My brother-in-law’s reaction is the sweetest,” Goncalves wrote in the caption. “I love their bond.”
The video received 5.7 million views on TikTok.
“The way he pulled him into that hug,” one person wrote.
“His reaction was everything. He is going to be the best uncle ever,” another said.
“That long embrace! They are so lucky to have each other!” someone commented.
