Umm, Tracee Ellis Ross In A Naked Dress On IG = Seriously Strong

When you have an outfit you love, you’ve got to show it off. And when you manage to style something epic without the help of others, you really need to get it out there. Case in point: Tracee Ellis Ross. The 50-year-old star just shared a full Instagram dump of herself working a naked dress that showed off her all-over tone, and she made it clear she was proud of pulling the 'fit together.

“The PURE JOY I get from playing in my closet and putting together a look!” she wrote in the caption. “I bought these @ysl lace pants a while ago. Never wore em. Couldn’t figure em out. Then I bought this @prada lace dress and the stars aligned. Paired with my #bottega pumps, @araksofficial bra & panty, old Prada earrings and old SL tux jacket and my gawd …I felt like a dream. Thank you Paris for giving this look a chic back drop. It’s so good y’all might see this one again.”

Tracee shared 10 photos and videos of herself in the ‘fit from all angles—front, back, sides—and she looks super strong in all of them.

People cheered her on in the comments. “One thing you’ll always do is serve a look!” wrote one person. “One of the sexiest women alive,” said another. By the way, Tracee didn’t come to play in Paris. She’s dropped look after look during her trip. Exhibit A:

Of course, Tracee has been super open about putting in some serious work to get super strong. She’s practically the spokesperson for the Tracy Anderson Method, a dance-based workout that helps people get all-over tone. Tracee has tons of posts on Instagram showing her doing seriously challenging moves. That’s not all she does for fitness, though. Tracee has previously shared a hilarious video of herself doing the DB Method (a type of squats with a machine) while wearing a face mask to work her booty.

When she's not doing Tracy Anderson's classes or working on the DB Method, Tracee works with Jason Walsh at Rise Movement gym. Naturally, she’s shared videos of some of those intense-looking workouts. One time, Tracee showed everyone a sneak peek of her workout, which included a ton of moves like resistance band arm exercises, single leg curls, and bicep curl-squat combos.

And then there was the time she did a sled push like a total boss:

When it comes to her diet, Tracee is a self-proclaimed "salad queen" and loves a good steak. She also makes sure to fuel up early in the mornings. "I love cereal, and I'll always combine it with a raw almond milk. Sometimes I'll switch it up and go with a protein shake, especially if I just worked out," Tracee told Bon Apetit way back in 2016. "Sometimes I'll just do a piece of toast with butter and jam so that I'm not running on empty. To be honest, I'm not a big eggs and bacon breakfast girl. But I do eggy stuff for my early lunch.

Oh, and at snack time, she's a big fan of potato chips and olives. Her secret? Tracee puts hot sauce on her chips.
