  • Jennifer Aniston just hit up a red carpet event to promote her new movie and showed up in an amazing bodycon dress.

  • In photos from the photocall, it was hard to miss how super-toned Jennifer's arms are.

  • The actress, 54, works out almost every day for about an hour and a half, and loves boxing.

Heads up: Jennifer Aniston is starring in a new movie alongside Adam Sandler called Murder Mystery 2 that looks so, so good. Naturally, Jen was at a photocall to promote the movie, and she brought her sculpted arms out to play.

The 54-year-old star posed for photos in a gorgeous shimmery bodycon dress, but it was hard to focus on her fashion given just how jacked she is right now. Like, someone has clearly not been skipping arm day at the gym. Sure, Jen has always been strong but wow are her biceps sculpted these days.

Here she is on the red carpet, posing for some snaps:

So, what’s Jennifer doing to get so strong and build those muscles? A lot, actually.

Her trainer, Gloveworx founder Leyon Azubuike, previously told Women’s Health that Jennifer works out nearly every day for an hour and a half, and she’s seriously dedicated. They’ve done sessions as early as 3 a.m. when she has an early morning photoshoot or a busy day.

FYI, Jennifer just told Women's Health that she usually has a bedtime of around 8:30pm. "Usually I do a wash routine, a hot hot bath with Epsom salts or magnesium salts," she says. "Then I do my meditation. That slowly allows my mind to relax without any other stimulation and my body unwind."

Okay, but back to her fitness routine. To work her core muscles, Jennifer likes to do V-ups and use an ab wheel to build strength. "We’ll use a sit-up to shock the body occasionally, but it’s not a major part of our core regimen,” Azubuike said.

These days, she mostly does Pilates and P.volve workouts. She'll also sometimes opt to use a VersaClimber, treadmill, or do mat work for about 45 to 60 minutes.

Jennifer is also happy to have guests join her during her workouts—she recently shared a sweet Instagram Story that showed her doing exercises at home while her dogs kinda-totally got in the way. Jen tried to do bicycle crunches and kettlebell squats as her pups did whatever the heck they wanted—as long as they were right on top of her.

But Jennifer doesn’t ~just~ do workouts with her trainer and at-home exercises: She’s also into yoga. In 2021, she posted a video of herself working through various moves.

Oh! And she digs boxing, too. “I love it," she told InStyle. “It's the longest workout I've actually stayed with consistently other than yoga. There's something about the mental aspect of boxing—the drills, your brain has to work, you're not just sitting on a bike. It's amazing.”

On the food front, Azubuike told WH that he likes his clients (including Jennifer) to focus on nutrient-rich foods, like healthy carbs, protein, leafy greens, and a rainbow of vegetables. And, for breakfast, she loves to reach for a smoothie that has fruit, almond milk, collagen powder, greens and caffeine.

Those arms, though… You go, Jen!
