In case you missed it, Ciara has a new single out called "Better Thangs," and it’s a total bop. The song is already blowing up (of course, it's Ciara!), and the singer is here to celebrate.

“I don’t pay the hate no mind….Better Thangs most added at R&B radio! Aye 📻,” Ciara wrote in the caption for her new Instagram video. In the post, the 36-year-old is working a next-level, all-denim outfit, including booty shorts, a strappy top that shows off a peek of side-boob, and some high-heeled boots. Ciara accessorized the whole thing with seriously toned legs and ripped arms as she danced to her jam.

Of course, people were very quick to cheer her on in the comments. “I love this whole look… from head to toe 🔥🔥🔥,” one said. Another said what everyone is thinking: “I need your workout regimen.” Same.

In what should come as a shock to no one, Ciara works hard to keep her body strong and healthy. She told People that she used to “spot train,” but wasn’t really consistent about her fitness. “Just a few years back I decided to commit to my fitness and health lifestyle differently than I had before,” she shared. “I used to train for the occasion, like if I had to do a video, or if I had to get ready for tour, I would get ready for those moments, but it wasn’t as much of a daily thing for me.”

Now, she said, she has a “daily commitment” to exercise. “It doesn’t mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover. But when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn’t so aggressive,” she said. “That’s game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it’s very rewarding.”

Okay, so what, exactly, is she doing during these workouts? For one, Ciara trains with Decker Davis (who also works with her husband, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson), doing weight lifting, plyometrics, and cardio.

Ciara also told Cosmopolitan that she sometimes has to break up her training sessions to fit them all in. She's a busy mom, after all!

“It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breastfeed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night,” she shared. “It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”

Ciara is also a WW ambassador (formerly Weight Watchers) and she said she likes the program because she doesn't have to cut out any of her favorites. “I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food that's out there is always kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because typically you think you have to do these extreme plans, where you're basically only eating grass or you're not eating much besides celery and carrots,” she told InStyle.
